Returns & Refunds

You can enter 14 days Return or exchange after receipt. Follow the steps on our page Return & Refund for instructions and address information. Once we receive your return, we will usually process it within 7 working daysPlease keep your proof of shipment; we will not reimburse return shipping costs and are not liable for loss during shipping.
Yes, provided it is within 14 days registered and the item is unworn and in original condition. See also Return & Refund.

Orders

We accept the following payment methods:
PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact, in3, Klarna and Credit card.
Orders are usually processed almost immediately during business hours, so please be quick to report a cancellation. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel anything once the package has been shipped.
No, we don't currently have any discount codes. However, be on the lookout for temporary promotions around certain holidays—we'll announce these on our social media accounts.
