1. Report the item returned
Send us an email via support@sneakrflow.com with you name, address, order number and reason for return.
You will then receive the return label and further instructions by email.

2. Pack and ship your return
Place the items you wish to return together with the original packaging and all accessories In a separate shipping box. This prevents damage to the original packaging during transport.

As soon as we receive your return, we will process it within 5 working daysWe will then refund the purchase amount via the original payment method.
