How do I return?
1. Report the item as returned
Send us an email to info@sneakrflow.com met your name, address and order number. You will then receive an email from us with the return label and further instructions about your return.
2. Submit the package for shipping
Put the items you want to return with the original packaging and all original accessories in a separate shipping package. This is to prevent damage to the original packaging.
3. We will refund you
Once we receive your return, we will process your return within 3 business days. We will then refund you. It may take up to 3 business days for your money to be refunded to your original payment method.
Exchange
If you want to exchange for another size, the same return method applies. You will then receive an email confirmation from us with your new order.

Returns conditions
You can return your ordered items within 14 days of receipt.
The items must be returned with all original accessories and in the original packaging in a separate shipping package. The returned items and the original packaging must be undamaged and may not show any signs of use and/or wear such as; creases in the toebox, wear on the sole, cut tags, missing papers, stains on the product, different smell, or tears. If the return shipment does not meet these requirements, we unfortunately cannot process your return shipment.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your return cannot be processed, you will receive an email from our customer service department within 5 business days with the reason for this. We will then send the routined items back.
If, despite our careful inspection of all items before shipping, you find that your order has damage, please contact us immediately and send us a photo of the defects to info@sneakrflow.com. Doet you do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will then contact you as soon as possible to find a suitable solution together with you. This can o.a. by exchanging the item, selecting another item or refunding your purchase amount after receiving the returned item.
