  • Which countries do you ship to?

      SneakrFlow currently ships to the Netherlands and Belgium

      The Netherlands:

      - Standard – Track and Trace: €6.75

      - Registered and insured: €8.75

      Belgium:

      - Registered and Insured: €13.00

      • Where can I see my order confirmation?

      We always make sure that an order confirmation is sent to your email immediately. It is sometimes possible that our email ends up in your 'junk' inbox due to the settings of your email provider. Therefore, check this as well if you do not see our email immediately.

      • When will my order be delivered?

      SneakrFlow strives for the fastest delivery. After receiving your order, we will start preparing the shipment as soon as possible. On average, your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days, after which you will receive a confirmation with Track and Trace.

      • What shipping method do you use?

      Our shipments are processed by PostNL. You will always receive a Track and Trace code from us to follow the package. Due to the high value of our products, we also offer registered shipping. The package will then be delivered by our courier exclusively to your address, and the addressee must place a signature upon receipt. This option is also insured.

      • Are your products original?

      All our products are 100% original. All products are thoroughly checked by our team upon arrival and again before we ship your order. With years of experience in the sneaker business and our thorough authentication method, we guarantee authenticity. SneakrFlow only trades original models.

      • What does 'GS' mean?

      'GS' stands for gradeschool. This includes women's sizes and children's sizes (36 to 40).

      • Become Are your products delivered including original accessories?

      All our products come with the original box, papers, extra laces and tags if included with the model.

      • Can I return my order?

      Money back guarantee. All orders can be returned within 14 days. Return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. See our return policy for more information and conditions.

      • Can I also pick up a product?

      SneakrFlow currently does not have a store. Products can be picked up, by appointment only. We are located in Nijmegen, if you prefer to pick something up, please contact us.

      We have been active since 2019 (previously under the name 'DutchedPlug') and have built a trusted reputation in the sneaker world, with 1000+ satisfied customers and 300+ positive reviews on instagram. SneakrFlow is also registered in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce: number 84872640.

      • Is paying here safe?

      Yes, our website and payment methods are SSL encrypted. This can be seen by the SSL lock icon in the website URL at the top left of your screen.
